foodstuff is a twice monthly newsletter that dwells with the cultural, political, environmental, and emotional entanglements that food elicits. Here, we will consider the messy ways that food media and the food industry perpetuate harm through diet culture, capitalism, colonialism, and environmental destruction, often simultaneously. At the same time, we will embrace the joyful, nourishing, deeply felt, and collaborative possibilities that thinking with food offers!

foodstuff studio is a small creative studio located in Hamilton, Ontario specializing in handmade kitchen objects and utensils for home-cooks.
Each tiny batch of utensil is made by me in a shared community space in Hamilton, Ontario. With your purchase you are not only supporting me and my studio, but a portion of the profits go right to food-focused mutual aid efforts in my community!
